This programme supports young career starters who are preparing to transition into their post-18 education or training place. It is designed to be completed independently, at your own pace, working through the activities on your own.
Modules included are:
- How to use the principles of corporate branding to create a personal brand
- Identifying and communicating your USP and core values
You will be learning about how to identify what is unique and valuable about you and how to communicate that to an employer or university admissions team. You will learn more about the way that corporates use branding and how you can copy their strategy. You will also be gaining essential human skills which are recognised by employers all over the world.
The learning activities that you complete help you achieve a skills competency. The skills competencies are taken from the Human Skills Matrix, which is the learning framework for all of the programmes on The Quad.
You complete all of the learning activities independently on The Quad, in your own time. Each activity gives you the guidance you need to complete it on your own.
You will earn a badge when you complete each module and a skills certificate when you complete the programme.
